Manny Mania Final!

For those who hadnt heard, I got a call from Andy Evans a couple of days before last Saturdays final of the red bull event up in London looking for a way to get hold of Will G. Turned out that because of Brady's duties on the Matix Tour that Will had got through to the final for coming next behind the 4 qualifiers.
So a bunch of us headed up to LDN to skate the ridiculously slippery floor, witness some ridiculously amazing skating and consume some ridiculously dangerous amounts of red bull. Check out Andy's edits below, and look out for Will, Liam and Matt Chard who are in there somewhere

Manny Maniacs

Anyone who attended Red Bull's Manny Mania event in Portslade will agree it went off. Honourable mention this time goes to Balance Boy Will Greenfield who managed to reach the final as the true underdog and stave off the likes of Nick Jensen and Mark Nicholson to take 5th place. Nice one!

Crawley Comp 2008

Steynings local hero and Goon local Liam Teague came first in the open/sponsored group at the 2008 Crawley comp, The Highlight of his run was a beautiful Blunt on the extention next to the cradle and he has finally got a new board thanks to SS20. Yours truely came 3rd in the u16's, so all in all it was a pretty good day for the Goon locals apart from one very disgruntled ginger ninja who now has a grudge with some judges.

Crawley comp washout - Rescheduled

For anyone wondering, yes the weather in Crawley today was as bad as where you were and the competition did get rained off.

BUT we've just heard news that it has been rescheduled for next saturday, same times and running orders.
The bad news being that James K snd Louis C wont be at the UKSA championships on that day, so youre not gonna win. Oh well

New Glass

Finally the absence of lines in Wet Sussex can begin to be corrected as Liam got hold of a new fisheye after 6 or so months of longshots. Matt Chard and Will Greenfield had the courtesy of putting it to the test at Henfield skatepark.
