"In 1989 he began presenting the popular CITV show Art Attack, which he has presented since the very first series began. However, although Buchanan fronts the show, it isn't actually him doing the 'art attacks'. This part of the show is filmed from a birds eye view, over Buchanans shoulder, when a hand double is brought in, wearing the same colour jumper (usually red) to create the masterpieces. When zoomed out back to Buchanan, he brings out a 'here's one i made earlier' model."
